PALLET REQUIRMENTS
- Boxes heavier than 70 kg must be palletised.
- Even though a standard europallet can hold up to 2.000 kg, the European Pallet Association recommends to not surpass 1.500 kg.
- The cargo should not be higher than 2m from ground in order for the pallet to be able to fit in cntr.
- Goods should not exceed the pallet dimensions.
- Goods should not overhanging pallet.
ISO Pallet Sizes
In an attempt to create universal standard pallet size guidelines, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) created an approved list of six common pallet dimensions that are currently used globally.
